	We do not invite the client to the UK so that he/she can sit in a classroom with a teacher. This can be done in the client's own country! A P & P course in the UK is a predominantly practical, communicative language experience - authentic and experiential - based on communicating with native-speakers in real-life settings and situations.


	Task-based learning


	In the classroom the client prepares with the trainer the language and the cross-cultural elements necessary to fulfil some real-life communicative tasks in the local business and social community. Hence the learning experience takes place outside the training room.


	Daily feedback on the tasks, and on the progress of the course (as also reflection and self-study) are an integral part of the follow-up sessions each day, which include 'outcomes and results' plus remedial and corrective analysis.


		The course develops dynamically day-by-day on the basis of the initial agreed course-design and the results of the daily feedback sessions. It is strictly learning-by-doing (why else come to the UK at all?).

	Not a 'method', more a 'pragmatic approach' to real-life language learning.

		Last but not least: Flexitime

		There is no successful language learning without private time for

			*reflection ~ self-study ~ relaxation.*

All these elements are built into our course-programmes - and are ideally catered for in this particular location in a National Park on the Celtic fringe of Europe ( - yet so near to booming hi-tech industry).

	Which hours of the day are allocated to training, to self-study or to reflection and relaxation are agreed between client and course director beforehand.
